LC Music, an independent label and distributor, was founded in 1994 by business executive Jeanot Ampen, who has worked nearly all of his life in the music business. Very keen on being and staying independent, he started LC Music with only budget-material, hoping to sign good artists and labels on a short term.

Now, less than two decades later, LC Music has gained a very strong reputation among the international record labels and distribution companies. Although strongly centered in the Benelux, we aim to influence the international music market throughout all Europe and beyond.

LC Music also aims to support the Belgian music industry and its talented artists.We have already worked together with a large range of Belgian musicians: Sioen, Absynthe Minded, Kommil Foo, Axl Peleman, Rocco Granata, Lieven Tavernier, Jerboa, Lady Angelina, Monsoon, Mira, Sven Van Hees, Arne Vanhaecke, Maximus, Tom Waes and many more...

A strategy that works! Our local talent is much appreciated, for example Sioen, who won two Golden Records, for his debut and second album, or Absynthe Minded, who received a Golden record for the album 'New Day'. Tom Waes was a television presenter who released a single as a promotion stunt for his new show... However, ‘Dos Cervezas’ became a real hype, earning a Golden record and claiming various awards.

We also have a wide range of DVDs to choose from.

Since 2008, LC Music works closely together with the young company Kardini, which is responsible for the promotion of artists and bands. Driving force behind this agency is Annemie Arnauts, who has been working at LC Music for 5 years now.
